Rooms and views
All of our rooms are very comfortable and tastefully decorated. They all have private facilities, with both bath and shower, and have tea tray, colour TV, clock radio and shoe cleaner. Clean towels are provided daily.

The Main House provides twin, double and family bedrooms with a large guest lounge and a dining room, both of which have extensive views over the fells.

The Annexe provides its own lounge with one en-suite double bedroom and another en-suite twin bedroom.

Additionally, we can sometimes offer alternative, self-catering accommodation in Oakview Cottage at Beckside in the heart of Caldbeck Village. This has 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite all others with wash hand basins), 1 more shared bathroom, 2 sitting rooms, a dining room, utility room, fully fitted kitchen and central heating.
